Chiropractic Physician
Lauren Cooper
Dr. Lauren Cooper earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2012, transitioning from a career in medical supply sales to pursue her true passion—natural healing. Her experience within the traditional medical field led her to explore a more holistic approach to health, ultimately finding her calling in chiropractic care.
A Division I athlete at the University of Central Florida, Dr. Cooper was a member of UCF’s first fastpitch softball team. She relied on chiropractic care to keep her body performing at its peak, fueling her fascination with biomechanics and human performance. Through her experience as a competitive athlete, she also developed a deep appreciation for nutrition and supplementation, understanding their crucial role in overall well-being.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Dr. Cooper is pursuing postdoctoral education in Functional Movement and working toward a Diplomate in Clinical Nutrition. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Eat better. Sleep better. Move better.”
When she’s not in the office, this Florida native enjoys the outdoors, whether it's golfing, biking, or exploring town with her best dog friend Theo.
